1. Terms of Use

1.2 Services Provided

AXIM Management offers professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Accounting

  • Financial Analysis

  • Auditing

  • Tax Preparation and Advisory

  • Financial Advisory

  • Business Intelligence (BI)

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions

All services are provided based on agreed scopes outlined in individual service agreements, proposals, or statements of work.

1.3 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Maintain proper records where required

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Respond promptly to requests necessary for service delivery

We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

1.4 Fees and Payment

  • Fees are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

  • Payment terms are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

1.5 No Refund Policy

All fees paid to AXIM Management are non-refundable. Once services are initiated or delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

1.6 Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide at least 30 days written notice to cancel any ongoing services.

  • Written notice must be submitted via email or other formally accepted communication channels.

  • If proper notice is not provided, standard invoicing will continue for the applicable billing cycle.

1.7 Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, models, AI outputs, and deliverables created by AXIM Management remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license for internal use only.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • AXIM Management shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 3 months.

1.9 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Financial outcomes

  • Tax results

  • Business performance improvements

  • AI model accuracy or predictive outcomes

All services are provided on a best-effort, professional basis.

1.10 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for:

  • Breach of these terms

  • Non-payment

  • Illegal or unethical client activity

2. Privacy Policy

  • Financial and business data

  • Tax and accounting records

For AI and BI services:

  • We do not use client data to train external/public AI models without explicit consent
